- Goods sold are non-refundable after delivery/ collection. (Perishables)
- Upon successful ordering, customers are given 24hours to alter/change orders. Changes made after 24hours will not be honoured.
- Orders made must have at least 3 days lead time. Company will not honour orders with less than 3 days lead time.
- Payments can only be made via Paynow and cash on delivery.
- AMK Nonya Kueh Pte Ltd reserves the rights to remove/ terminate promotions/ discounts at company’s sole discretion.
- Accounts in website (www.amknonyakueh.com) (and mobile app), or users’ access to website (and app), can be terminated at company’s sole discretion.
- Company (AMK Nonya Kueh Pte Ltd) reserves the right to remove/ suspend users at company (AMK Nonya Kueh Pte Ltd) sole discretion, if violate company (AMK Nonya Kueh Pte Ltd)’s terms and conditions.
